You will be asked to read the terms and agree before purchasing. It will be linked in the available albums and asked if read. Once agreed upon you are agreeing to all terms.

SEX GUARANTEE:

If a gecko is posted/sold as Male or Female then it is guaranteed, If one is posted/sold as possible then sex is not guaranteed. This is usually on smaller geckos. Unsexed means the gecko is too small to sex.

SHIPPING:

Shipping is NOT included in price of said gecko and usually runs between $35-75 depending on your location from us. Shipping MUST be paid minimum of 48 hours prior to shipping date for the geckos to ship without delay.

When shipping, temperatures MUST be above 40 degrees and below 80 degrees on both ends and can be arranged for Tuesday shipping for arrival on Wednesday, We are only shipping overnight priority on Tuesdays for Wednesday arrival right now. Shipping is done through Ship your reptile.

There must be a person over the age of 18 to receive package and there MUST be someone home for delivery on the first attempt.  We can not guarantee a geckos tail during shipping. If in the event you receive a gecko that is DOA (dead on arrival), you MUST contact me within ONE hour of receiving said gecko and provide me with pictures of everything, Gecko and box. DO NOT throw anything away until speaking with me first. This can void any guarantee. When receiving a gecko that is shipped you need to message us within 1 hour of delivery to let us know it has arrived safe and sound or if there is any issues you must message us within 30 minutes. If you can message sooner, that is even better. If you do not message us within that 1 hour time frame all guarantee is void! 

We are requiring now that Geckos be picked up at your local HUB (Ship Centers) due to FEDEX having long delays for delivery to residentials. We ship with Styrofoam boxes and deli cups to keep each as safe as possible with no charge.

For shipping with summer/winter HOLDS  paid fully we will contact you within 1-2 weeks prior to shipping weather arriving to set a date for shipping. Then a minimum of 48 hours prior to set date to ship we will message you again to make sure it is still good to ship this day and for you to send the payment for shipping. Shipping cost's MUST be paid 48 hours prior to shipping date!! Once we drop off the package at our local HUB we will message you again with the tracking number.

We reserve the right to refund a buyer who insists on shipping when it is not safe and the safety of the animal is not in their best interest ( minus the 50% nonrefundable deposit). Patience is key when doing holds!

PAYMENTS:

We accept Credit Cards, Zelle, Cash App, Cash (Cash for local pick up only) and PayPal. All amounts must be paid in full  and cleared before gecko(s) leave us or are shipped.  You MUST be 18 or older to buy any live animal, or have a legal guardian with at time of purchase. If you are not 18 we will need to speak with a guardian. We may ask for proof of age. 

Larger purchases, we reserve the right to ask for this to be paid friends and family.

HOLDS:

We will only place a gecko on HOLD with a 50% non refundable deposit.

We can offer short term payment plans on amounts $200 and over. Payment plans do NOT include shipping.

If you need a short term payment plan please either contact us via PM on our Facebook page, through the "contact us" or through our email darksidegeckos@yahoo.com . 

$200-$300 must be paid within 2 weeks.

$301 and up must be paid in 30 days.

Payments MUST be paid on date agreed upon and communication must be kept throughout the time frame. If payment is not received on agreed date and no form of communication from the buyer within 48 hours of deadline on each payment date (Which would be by Midnight of said dates) the Gecko(s) will then be placed back on the page as available after failed communication.

If a Gecko is placed on hold or paid in full and the buyer changes their mind then a store credit will be given for payments received, however the 50% non refundable deposit will NOT be given as credit and buyer will have to pay in full for future purchases.

In the case of abandonment (meaning no payments sent or communication with buyer), any payments made up to the point of being abandoned will be considered non-refundable to make up for the time the animal was on hold and not available.

HEALTH GUARANTEE:

We offer a 3 day live health guarantee on our geckos, However, geckos must be cared for properly and follow our care sheet provided on our page. If basic care hasn't been provided, then the health guarantee is void. You MUST quarantine the gecko(s) for a minimum of 30 days which means in its own enclosure and away from all other geckos for health guarantee to be offered. If for any reasons quarantine is not performed, this will void any health guarantee.  If there is an issue with a gecko you purchase from us, you must contact us as soon as you notice in this time frame.  Pictures of gecko and enclosure will be requested to help us understand what may of caused or is causing the problem. If you have a gecko shipped to you and there is a problem, you must contact us within 1 hour of delivery and not discard of gecko or shipping box or any guarantee could be void. 

While we do everything we can to prevent tail loss in our care, sometimes it happens so we can not guarantee that a gecko on hold won't lose a tail.

INTERNATIONAL SALES: 

For International sales/shipping you will have to set everything up with your shipping broker to ship to your country, we do not have exporting abilities.  We can send to your shipping broker as long as they are within the U.S. 

Understand we can not offer a Guarantee after the animal arrives to your broker.
